Academy of Labor

The Academy of Labor is where all the men of Grenagem are trained in their respective jobs. Each child from birth is raised in dormitories dedicated to their given sector, and once they are old enough, they begin training. The academy is divided nearly evenly into three parts, the dormitories, where the kids stay until they are old enough to live outside at age 15, when they start going off to work, the academic buildings where classes are taught, and the physical education area, where the students are taught physical skills for the jobs.  

Dorms

  The dorm buildings are split up by career, allowing for shared experiences and training. Each student is put into the dorms based on genealogy, however it is not unheard of that some may switch professions after showing skill for a different job. The floors are based on age, to foster a sense of community that continues into the workplace as they age out.  

Academics

  The schools teach classes that are mostly career based, with all students learning some history and basic language at an early age. The other classes are taught by retired workers in each industry, teaching students how to perform their duties.  

Physical Education

  The last area is the training grounds for physical education. Here students build their physical abilities, and learn more hands on information about their crafts. Most of the area is dedicated to general working out, with a few specific workshops that swap between jobs every week or so to give everyone experience in their craft before going out to start working.
