Crathe - Capital of Otros

The city itself is split into four districts, each one making up a quarter of the circular city.     The Water district located in the south is where the warehouses are located and where all goods move in and out of the city. A giant orb of water cascades to the ground creating a river that leads out of the ciry and out to sea.   The Earth District located in the east is the residential portion of the city where most people call home. There are plenty of inns and taverns spread throughout for any visitors to rest up in.   The Fire district located to the west is the trade district. Filled with shops, workshops and theaters, this is where the cityfolk go to spend their money.   The cloud district located to the north is home to the sky-touched Castle, and where the Queen can be found. Lots of open parks fill the space between the few mansions of nobility the exist in the space between the castle and the walls to the other districts.   At the center of the city where all four districts meet there is a large square. This is where any festivals are held, alongside any large announcements from the queen.

Sky-touch Castle - Located in the cloud district and seat of the Queens power. An gigantic building that's towers brush the sky, giving it it's name.   The Whispering halls - Located inside Sky-touch Castle and the national library. Overseen by Head Scholar Fredrich Crostles(Elf).   The Muddy Boot - Located in the Earth district and run by Oloric Burrow-found(Dwarf).   Xanthos's Non-magical Junk - Located in the Fire district, a general store that sells magical goods to those in the know. Has ties to a smuggling operation in the city.   Tinkers and Co. - A smithy located in the Fire district and run by gnomish siblings Ellywick, Jebeddo and Frug Tinkerdoos.
