Cecilia Verina
Queen Cecilia Verina is the current ruler of the lands of Otros. She both resides and rules in the capital of Crathe from the Sky-Touch Castle. Crowned in the year 1029 after her father Marcian Verina's sudden passing, she has proven herself to be a tough and effective leader. Largely popular with her subjects, she has been working to improve relations with the various leaders of the world.
