Youna Louet

Youna is a warrior-sorceress from Eskern East who is part of the prestigious Heno House of Louet. She specializes in arcane lithomancy, particularly in expeditions involving Wild Terrain (which is an understatement for the forest).

She grew up with tales of KiNg Hroland and The Leijion of Gelatin which sparked her interest arcane and otherwise decomposing things. She is a frequent customer of Jellow King, and almost always the first one to find it during the Catu Samonii.

No one is sure what her deal with King Hroland is, as it seems to go beyond childlike admiration. Some even claim she hopes to be a bride to Hroland, others believe she is trying to steal his recipes and make her own.

Her permanent residence is in Magnolia Town, though her core family live in Sealtland. She was somewhat of a rebellious child, though mostly due to having fringe interests and social awkwardness. So Youna was raised by her grandmother, Orfen, and despite being of the Louet prestige she is considered a bit of an outlier.

Catu Samonii Summary:

Once-in-a-generation talent for arcane lithomancy, and the best terrain manipulator/tracker in East Eskern. There is a reason she manages to keep up with Marlene's demands. She's an outcast in a family of wealthy, prestigious Mercatrix, which somehow makes her even less influential than a nobody. Her success is unfairly written off as nepotism. Most reasonable people find Youna likeable and easy to work with. She has close relationships with most of her teammates.
