Watch Lieutenant Fianna Carter
Watch Lieutenant Fianna Agnes Carter- née nic'Donaghy
Fianna Carter is one of the current lieutenants of the Fuldair City Watch alongside Watch Lieutenant Fedir Dmytro. She assisted Watch Captain Ezra Carter in the rebuilding of the City Watch after The Peoples' Revolt of Fuldair returned the city to the rule of the Court of Sails.
She is the wife of Ezra Carter and is in the early stages of carrying his first child.
Relationships
History
Fianna and Ezra grew up together in Fuldair and have been almost inseparable since childhood. They were together when the Silver Hand annexed Fuldair and Fianna supported Ezra throughout his endeavours against them, eventually marrying him two years after the Rebellion.
Shared Acquaintances
Both are close friends with Fedir Dmytro, who grew up with them in Fuldair.
