Watch Captain Ezra James Carter
Ezra Carter is the current Captain of the Fuldair City Watch, having been assigned to the role shortly after The Peoples' Revolt of Fuldair due to his display of exceptional leadership during the ten years of the Annexation. Carter personally oversaw the rebuilding of the City Watch with assistance from the new Minister for Justice and Security of the Court of Sails.
Relationships
History
Fianna and Ezra grew up together in Fuldair and have been almost inseparable since childhood. They were together when the Silver Hand annexed Fuldair and Fianna supported Ezra throughout his endeavours against them, eventually marrying him two years after the Rebellion.
Shared Acquaintances
Both are close friends with Fedir Dmytro, who grew up with them in Fuldair.
