003a1 - Preparation

Just some thoughts: This is not an item I can create just on a whim, obviously, and although i have sufficient knowledge of arcane magic, I am still inventing something. And Inventing something always brings an unknown factor with it, and the factor this time is frankly writing huge. I will need to alternate between research and actually building, not to mention I need a lab and with it, sufficient funds. A logn road ahead it seems. I have thought about a possible path to the finish line, but as for every big invention, the path WILL change inevitably. For now, my first iteration will be sectioned under the pretext 003a1.
