To be able to use the liquid, it would need to be connected to an arcane focus. This connection is 003a1.3
Revision 1: Here I would need a Trinket on the Focus receiving magic and a Trinket/Socket on the channel 003a1.2 that dispenses magic.
Thought: I may need to consider magic loss over long distances, but it shouldn't be a problem in this short ranged case.
Even if I bring the staff to work, there is no way I will be able to not refill it. A chamber for losslessly holding the liquid which distributes it is in order. I would draw heavy inspiration from firearm magazines here.
Revision: Not only the chamber is needed, depending on what research shows, I will need to lessen the effect of liquid.
Also, on the chamber/ammunition holster, I will need another Arcane Outlet (003a1.3o1)
Thoughts: What if not only the wood will be unuseable but a normal arcane focus as well? Maybe it needs to be reinforced as well!

What exactly should the wand do? "Only" grant the attuned person a vision? Can the attuned person show a vision to someone else? Anyways, I need to look into how the wand can apply the magic properties of the liquid to other creatures.
Thought: To dot hat, I would need more droplets other than the five I have. Maybe I can reconstruct them somehow...

Maybe, since the droplets can show past, present and future, I can split one up unto three smaller effect ones that each show either a past, present or future one respectively which are stored inside conponent 003a1.5 (Refill Gauge)
Thought: The different droplets could have different magical properties, maybne resulting in breaking component 003a1.301 (Arcane Outlet) and 003a1.3o2 (Arcane Receiver). This I deem highly unlikely though.
