Dvorak Chase is the barkeep of the Frozen Finger in The Foxhole. He is known for his dour attitude and relative lack of care for his bar. Dvorak grew up in The Foxhole and has always wanted to leave, but has never had the means to. He considers those that go north into the Dustlands fools and idiots. He inherited the bar from his parents, and cares only enough to keep it running.
