Heihmen Montgomery and his brother Howard Montgomery lost their family at a young age, they thought they had been left with enough to live by but a fire started during a fight against their uncle seeking revenge made the house be destroyed, Heimen worked on a mercenary guild while his brother finished his formal studies, after 5 years there his brother finished his studies and they both agreed Howard should go to the citadel of mages, shortly after Heihmen volunteered to the army but during the tests he appeared so outstanding that he was drafted to the Ebony Cohort, an elite group of soldiers for the kingdom, he spent 4 years there and managed to climb a few ranks, but at some point he started feeling like that wasn't his path, after a experience of near death on the battlefield he had a vision, a blonde man standing at the end of a road to sunrise, he said he was the god Lathander, and that he saw in Heihmen a heart that was not tainted by evil nor held back by law, and told him that he should seek to change this world not through violence and undoing but rather by the renewal of those near him, after that he went back to the headquarters of the Ebony Cohort and delivered his resignation letter, general Jarad tried to stop him but couldn't convince him of it, they parted ways in somewhat good terms, many of the soliders were angry at first for Heihmen leaving them when he managed to climb the ranks so fast but general Jarad told them to stop, Heihmen decided that he was going to do good his own way so they shouldn't resent him.
 
Another year passes and he founds The badgers along his friend Bramur Greybeards, the informal organization soon receives their first two members, Howard Montgomery and Eleanor Ressys they both agreed on joining The Badgers after returning from the citadel of mages, Heihmen dedicates the group to helping those in need, so any of society's misfits are welcome there, he belives that everyone should have the right to start their lives anew should they need it, and he's more than glad to help.
Heihmen still do some mercenary work but most of his time is spent within city walls, if there's some crazy adventure to go about he sends another one of The Badgers, he only really go out of the city if it sounds too big or too dangerous to risk one of his companion's life, or if he's requested to help it personally.

Education

Heihmen had a noble like education, but spent his teen years studying the blade, during his time in the army he started studying religion when he had the chance, an effort that paid off when he was chosen to be a champion of Lathander.

Employment

Leader of The badgers but still working within one of the main guilds of the capital, he organize jobs and work as a instructor for new members and even some veterans who wish to learn from someone with battle experience.
