Ireena has a very lithe figure, she has not left the Village before and often spent her days reading or writing letters for her adoptive father. She is very quick on her feet.

Ireena's eyes seem to reflect her inherent innocence and goodness; they are hooded and chestnut in colour. Ireenais very pretty, with a round chin and high cheekbones.

Ireena's most striking feature is her crimson hair, a rare occurrence in Barovia that is considered to be a curse or sign of bad luck. It is long with a slight wave.
 
Additionally, she has healing puncture marks from Strahd.

Apart from her hair, Ireena has picked up a nervous tick of fiddling with her fingers and jewellery.

Dresses in dull-coloured, finely made clothing. Wears a red scarf around her neck, and a dark grey cloak with silver embroidery around the collar.

Ireena has no memory of her early years, for as long as she can remember, she has lived in the Village of Barovia.
 
Ireena's life thus far has been sheltered as both her late father and brother Ismark Indirovich fiercely protected her. She is lonely, however, as red hair is seen as an omen of doom by Barovians.

Mental Trauma

Ireena is terrified of Strahd von Zarovich and the hunger behind his eyes, she does not know why he is targeting her nor can she clearly remember his visits. Regardless, the whole ordeal has left her shaken and she dreads his next visit.
