Angelo has taken the title of Count from his late father after his passing two years prior. Despite the difficulties with his sudden responsibilities, he has done an exemplary job at keeping his land safe and clean, with the exception of Aramoor City, which has been corrupted for many years under the rule of the Viscount. Angelo's current mission is to cleanse the city of its darkness before it begins to engulf the rest of his territory.
Appearance
Physical Description
Angelo is lithe and skinny, seemingly malnourished but perfectly healthy. He would be considered conventionally weak, but is quite dexterous. Angelo can sometimes appear sickly under certain lighting conditions, but when he is sick, his face flushed red.
Facial Features
Angelo is more or less clean shaven. He is capable of growing facial hair to an extent, but prefers to keep himself clean and free of facial hair. As for body hair, Angelo does not grow any hair with the exception of the chest, though not much. This trait is most likely inherited by his mother who is also clean shaven and free of body hair.
Identifying Characteristics
Angelo's eyes are able to glow, but only faintly and can be seen in the dark. They glow a teal blue and can be seen from several hundred feet away.
Apparel & Accessories
During formal events, Angelo wears a noble attire with blue and black colors and decorated with golden embroidery. During combat and outdoor travails into the wilderness, he prefers to wear his livery, which is light and easy to move in while still being considered fashionable to noble standards. During downtime, Angelo's casual outfit is a loose button shirt with ruffled cuffs and trousers. Angelo is almost always seen with his pendant depicting a scroll, a symbol of Oghma, thought he sometimes also wears a bracelet with the symbol of a waterfall, Eldath's divine symbol.
Specialized Equipment
Angelo's instruments are modified versions of well established designers and instrumentalists. His lute is a personalized version of the Elyot Chardin 8c Lute, painted cerulean and given the Luxina crest in gold coloring. As for his flute, Angelo is using a special ivory flute carved by his father and has become an heirloom. Finally, Angelo's violin is a special variant of the Moulin Sedania, carved from Mahogany and reinforced with bronze fittings as well as bearing the Luxina family crest in blue on the upper bout and the symbol of Oghma on the lower bout. The fretboard has marking on it for beginners to learn where to put their fingers for certain notes, though Angelo no longer needs them.
Mentality
Personal history
Angelo was born in the High Temple of Eldath, located in Luxina County's capital, Luxinia. Angelo's father, Salvador, was once given a divine oracle in a dream of his. He was visited by Oghma himself and was taught a new song to play on his lute. The song was about the tale of a young man who would bring salvation to his people by defeating a great serpent of the waters. Salvador would recreate this music one day, but he when he found out his wife, Diana, was pregnant again, he realized that the song was to be about his future son. When it came time to give birth, Diana insisted on visiting the High Temple of Eldath one last time. However, she went into labor sooner than expected, and ended up giving birth at the temple before the Goddess' statue.
Even though it wasn't meant to happen that way, Diana treasured this twist of fate and believed that the great serpent of the waters in Oghma's song was something Eldath divined to Diana. Knowing that her newborn son was already blessed by Oghma and Eldath, she believed he will finally be the one to distinguish himself before the king and bring great fortune for his family.
As Angelo aged and lived his life in the Castle, he would meet new faces, such as the daughter of a loyal merchant, Eden, and Ephraim, a long-time friend of his father.
Angelo had a first crush at nine years old. At the Royal Academy for noble children, he was smitten with a girl and even played music for her, but she suddenly disappeared, and a large conspiracy followed quickly after in the Kingdom. The rumors say she was abducted by a member of some kind of cultm, but the details were fuzzy, and those who said too much would also disappear. A sense of chivalry grew from Angelo after that, believing that he was unable to save her.
At the age of nineteen, Angelo was made aware of something happening in his father's territory. In Luxinia, gladiatorial battles would be going on in the Coliseum. The galdiators were all volunteers, or at least, that was how it was supposed to be. Angelo found out through his various connections that a branch of the Nightwing Syndicate is actively controlling the Coliseum and using slaves as gladiators for cheap. He would visit the matches a few times and see for himself that the gladiators look less than willing to participate. He would gather evidence from sneaking into rooms, looking for ledgers, and overhearing shady individuals. When he was confident he had everything he needed, he gave the evidence to his father, who made quick work of the nobles involved. Angelo approached one of the gladiators who was famous in the Coliseum for his fighting style and hired him as a retainer, including his sister, whom was also saved with the dissolution of the syndicate's branch. Those two are Elijah Kipling and Esther Kipling, twin Dunewalkers.
Angelo met Alister Winchester, the Red Prince, when he was around 21 years old. Alister is a veteran adventurer and a Paladin of Bahamut, God of Good Dragonkind. Angelo learned about the threat Tiamat once posed 5 years prior during the Great Dragon Crisis of 772 on Andova. This story is what inspired Angelo to not only see the world for himself, but to write a song about the Veil of the Dragon Queen, immortalizing the Dragonsbane party in legend.
The biggest event that happened in Angelo's life was during the year he turned 24. He fought in a battle against invaders from Liyonne attempting to stage a coup against the crown. He led his own forces into battle and won, but at the cost of his mental health. Unfortunately for Angelo, he hadn't enough evidence to bring before the crown to bring down the traiterous noble, and so they continue to collude against Luxina. After returning to his Castle, Angelo would then find out that his father, Salvador, was killed in a drug raid in Aramoor, and he is now the current Count of Luxina.
Education
Angelo is highly educated and well informed of the inner working of the Kingdom and the nations of the Everglade Realm. As a child, he was enrolled at the Royal Academy for Noble Children in the Kingdom's capital, and once he became of age (15), he would enroll in the College of Luxinia in his home city. Angelo had decent scores on his tests, but when it came to economics, he was hopeless. As for politics, Angelo paid very close attention to the happenings of not only his Kingdom, but of the entirety of the realm. Angelo would study music alongside magic at the college. To him, music is a part of his soul, and to deny that is to deny his own existence. He managed to weave magic with his music and would soon become a bard. Angelo's father was the main reason he would become a great bard, but his teachers at the college were the ones to give him a more formal teaching of magic, its intricacies, and how to elevate his bardic knowledge to expand his arcane wisdom.
Employment
As a noble's son, Angelo did not have to work to earn his pay. Instead, he would spend most of his development learning mannerisms, eloquence, and the charisma needed in high society. Once he turned 24, Angelo inherited the title of *Count* from his father after his death, and that is what he is now striving to excel in. Angelo works to provide peace and prosperity for the people of his territory, and he provides soldiers for the crown in times of strife.
Mental Trauma
Against Liyonne during the Battle of Fort Stratham, Angelo would take command of his own forces and lead his men into victory, taking the head of Liyonne's commander and forcing the army to retreat back into their territory. Despite this victory, it was during this conflict that made Angleo realize his distaste for battle. He would witness his people slaughtered, his enemies mutilated, and the prisoners tortured. The entire conflict left Angelo with a heavy aversion to death and conflict, something he continues to struggle with to this day.
Intellectual Characteristics
Angelo displayed his military prowess during the Battle of Fort Stratham, as well as during combat at the Stahlgrim dungeon ruins. When it comes to military and combat tactics, Angelo is well versed and experienced, despite being averse to conflict and bloodshed. Angelo's magic was designed to be supportive of his allies and to heal wound rather than deliver a killing blow to the enemies. Even though Angelo despises bloodshed, he still understand its importance in certain situations and assigns roles as needed. Angelo is also well-versed in history, often being the one to deliver news or to fill in gaps of knowledge others might not have.
Taboos
Despite Angelo's seemingly straight-edge personality, he is a heavy drinker when in the presence of women. Angelo is chivalrous, even to female enemies, and is not afraid to pursue them when sees one he finds attractive. This behavior would normally lead to scandals, so his retainers do everything in their power to prevent this from happening at all cost.

Personality
Vices & Personality flaws
Angelo is weak to the knees when it comes to women. Whenever he has to fight a female enemy, he needs to put on his blindfold so that he can focus on his music. He also tends to be a bit shy when talking with women, so he drink heavily to gather the courage to do so. As for his behavior with his finances, he is abysmal and always will be. He never scored higher than a 50 on his economics tests, and without Eden by his side, he would go broke in a matter of days.
Hygiene
As a noble, Angelo is always hygenic and dresses to impress. His clothing is clean, face shaven and free of blemishes, and his speech is not mired by colloquialisms and slang. He takes care of his personal hygiene as if the world would end if he does not brush his teeth at night. His hair is also well taken care of and require a lot of work to keep silky smooth and elegant for the people.

As for his investments, Eden has ensured his stocks are invested in reliable businesses. Thanks to Eden's efforts, Angelo's wealth is greater than most Counts and even rivals the wealth of Marquesses.
Family Ties
Angelo's mother is Diana Tapang, an Angel disguised as a Pure-Blood. Diana lives at Castle Luxina and helps Angelo run the County while he is away on business. Angelo also has an older sister, Athena Tapang, who is currently engaged to the son of the Baron of Bappes, Lord Arnoult Bacques of Bappes, named the Honourable Rolin Berthelemy Bacques. Athena lives in Castle Luxina at the moment and is currently active in Luxina's ongoing disputes with her neighboring territory to the west, Liyonne.
Social Aptitude
Angelo's bread and butter is his charismatic character, able to charm those he speaks with and decieve those he needs information out of. Angelo's charlatan behavior is something that started with the disappearance of his first crush, which bore with him a chivalrous mentality. During noble bounquets and soireés, he uses refined speech and subtle mannerisms to impress the attending nobles while subliminally extracting important information about their territories and anything else he requires. Angelo's musical talents also lends him an air of charisma, serenading the listeners and even capable of healing wounds. He weaves his bardic magic well, but he is stilling learning, striving to elevate his music and magic to even greater heights, greater than even his father ever was.
