Monsters

Monsters also called Monstrosities and Chimeras are a category of creature that don't fit into any other category. They are often large and powerful beasts with varied levels of power and ability. Some monsters are naturally born although many came into being after the Great Calamity when the law of stardust made many monsters from the essence of the dead, and some monsters are the result of alchemists and transmuters making life on their own.
