Soulless Ichor's main attribute is the power to birth soulless sprouting from pools of the ichor seeming to be solidified versions of the tar. Another attribute of the soulless ichor is its mutagenic" properties when it is introduced to organic life living or dead overriding the body and will of that life converting it into a new soulless.

History
Soulless Ichor is the blood of the Khaois, The Null-Father pouring onto every planet in the cosmos giving rise to the Soulless. Soulless Ichor after being discovered by the eidolons was used for many types of experimentation by the eidolon empress Evelyn turning other people into soulless experiments.
The eidolons thought of the soulless as their goddess's womb and the soulless her children. Mephilies and the Soulleal used their efforts to continue their experimentation even after the Great Calamity using the people of various eras for their experiments with the corruptive, mutagenic substance.
Everyday use
The Souless Ichor is used to birth new souless to terrorize the world & to make new souless from the victims of the dark factions that command them.
Cultural Significance and Usage
This substance is a symbol of fear and dread in all civilizations as from this ichor comes an endless horde of blood thirsty monsters that wont stop until the sense no life. Eidolons and eventually darkin used this ichor to experiment on souless as well as test subjects injected with it as to them it was seen as the womb of their goddess.
