Not only are arcane spells canceled by fulgarium the magic in others bodies is disrupted and cancelled making this metal a powerful tool against those with magic woven into their bodies like elves, tieflings, and dragons

Fulgarium has the ability to cancel arcane magic upon physical contact someone's ability to use arcane magic is canceled. This property makes Fulgarium dangerous to arcane mages as well as beings full of arcane magic acting as biological warfare when used against elves, tieflings, dragons, ect. This magic canceling power didn't just affect the light of the arconis it would go through cells as well rupturing them to cancel the magic in them although this would always cause death.

Fulgarium can be found deep underground in the earth of Zodia typically in the lower dark.

History
Fulgarium once came from the "Well Of Chaos" thousands of meteorites came from its depths and crashed onto the planets like Divonis, Midgard, Avalon, ECT. Many saw the potential of Fulgarium once they discovered it though many had mixed feelings for the metal. The eidolons of Divonis sought to hide the existence of it to deter the seraphim; humans of old Midgard & Avalon thought it to be a blessing to use against the magical people they feared. Fulgarium became used by other civilizations for the purposes of protection from arcane magic and a means to really harm magical beings.
Everyday use
Fulgarium as a means of defense from arcane magic & as a material to make arcanul armaments & ammunition.

Fulgarium is highly valued or hated depending on the group of people. Beings either completely lacking arcane magic like humans & orcs or imbued with divine magic like haloin adore Fulgarium due to its ability to harm arcane magic. Elves, tieflings, dragons, arcane mages and other races intertwined with arcane magic hate this material due to their inability to combat it.
Industrial Use
Fulgarium is used to make arcane armaments, armor, & ammunition as a means of deterring arcane beings.
Refinement
Fulgarium ore is refined in hot forges requiring skilled smiths to perfectly smelt the ore into usable metal.
Manufacturing & Products
Through smelting by expert smiths arcanul armaments, armor, & ammunition can be made. Fulgarium is also alloyed into iron bars & iron cuffs to deter magical escape via the arcane arts.
Byproducts & Sideproducts
A byproduct of the Fulgarium refinement process is the liquid runoff called "Arcanul" used in the injections that can easily kill smaller arcane beings & cripple larger ones.

Fulgarium can be hazardous to not only arcane magic but beings imbued with arcane magic being able to kill & cripple those who let it in their bodies or even come into physical contact.

Fulgarium is regularly sold in markets at a high price. The market for Fulgarium is not as high as it used to be due to the relative peace between mundane and magical people.
Law & Regulation
Fulgarium is heavily regulated by the government and it can't be possessed and sold in settlements that are exclusively populated by arcane magic beings like elven cities. Unless the use of this material is sanctioned, using Fulgarium to harm magical beings was very illegal, being both biological warfare & hate crimes. Only high ranking government figures, highly renown adventures & huntsmen would be allowed to use Fulgarium.
