Arcane Photons
Arcane Photons are the near invisible particles that come from the Arconis and by extension arcanium imbued with magic and chaos. These photons wreath every corner of the sphere of the Arconis's influence & through the practice of the arcane arts, an arcane mage can perform various components to manipulate these photons thus generating spells.

Arcane photons are microscopic particles, only visible by mages through their skill in arcane magic they will theses particles into spells.
Physical & Chemical Properties
Arcane Photons also called Arcane Particles are psycho-mutable able to be controlled by arcane mages like wizards, bards, ect. The mages performs many components and use their mana to manipulate and bend the particles into their spells.
The difficulty of manipulating these particles depends on the specific school of magic with some magics being the easiest and others being the most difficult. Manipulation of the particles into elemental attacks is one of the easiest applications of this making evocation the easiest school of magic while magic that involves the manipulation of life is more difficult making illusion, enchantment, & necromancy very difficult magics to do.

Arcane Particles originate from the Arconis, essentially being the light of the arcane star.

Arcane Particles have existed ever since the Primal Clash once All-Mother was wounded by her brother she lost her most treasured star the Arconis, as it was flung around the cosmos until it made it's way to the it's focal point the Arconis System and through it life in the solar system began to form. While initially people could perceive or utilize the particles some races with an innate affinity for arcane magic began to manipulate the particles and teach it to others. For eons these particles have been a cornerstone for many civilizations as they practice and study the arcane arts.
Everyday use
Arcane Particles are commonly used for the creation of spells by arcane mages.
Cultural Significance and Usage
To many civilizations these photons where instrumental to their growth due to the obvious power of arcane magic. Civilizations made of magic or not used them to build their civilization through the immense might of magic warding places off through abjuration, destruction through evocation, raising the dead through necromancy ECT.
Industrial Use
Elves and other supremely attuned creatures to magic use it to make their settlements and structures.
Manufacturing & Products
Arcane Particles would also be imbued into items to produce magic items for sale. The wood or paper made from the bark of an arconis tree is imbued with arcane spells to make scrolls.
