Elutar
Elutar, was an Elven dragon priest and, following his disrobing, a combatant on the side of Inver's Dragon Order during the Draconic Divorce and Dragon War. He is most notable for his participation in the Battle at Camp Alteau, where he killed Perir the Anti-Keeper, earning him the label Bane of Perir. Elutar was later killed by Larear the Anti-Keeper during the Incursion at the Dragon Temple.
Early life
Not much is known of Elutar's early life. The son of a miller, Elutar began training to become a dragon priest at age 18 and became a full-fledged priest at age 20. Elutar was originally a priest in a small town in eastern Yaleakasardia, before being moved to the Dragon Temple in Yandasard.
Dragon War

Elutar did not play a significant role in the Dragon War until the very end, as he maintained a personal code against violence, even after he was disrobed by the Dragon Order. It was only just prior to the Battle at Camp Alteau that he gave up that code to fight on the side of the Dragon Order when it became clear they were losing.
Dragon Conference

Elutar was present at the Dragon Conference in Keala, which was held to discuss the state of the then-undeclared Dragon War. Elutar was initially there to help reach a consensus of peace and discussion, but left the conference after Perir of Naderā's rallying cry to fight the Dragon Order. Elutar was angry at the attendees not only for disobeying the words of the Dragon Order but also daring to believe they could fight his gods. Despite this, Elutar maintained his personal code of honor, vowing not to fight for either side, and to try to keep peace. To this end, when Elutar arrived back at the Dragon Temple in Yandasard, he requested audience with Inver and informed him of the conference. Despite his loyalty, Inver later had Elutar disrobed for attending the conference. For hosting the Dragon Conference, the city of Keala was burned to the ground.
After his disrobing, Elutar still maintained his personal code, and lived a normal life in Yandasard working as a blacksmith to do his most to help the Order's war effort. It was only after three years, when it was becoming clear that the Dragon Order might well lose the war due to Perir, Elutar finally decided to take up arms.
Battle at Camp Alteau
Main article: Battle at Camp Alteau
Elutar joined a Dragon Order host in Yandasard just prior to the Battle at Camp Alteau. A scout had spotted the camp, which wasn't very far from Yandasard in the Alteau Plains. Shatar, the commander of the host, resolved to go destroy it, and discussed it with Inver.
The next day, the host left Yandasard with Inver and traveled out to the location of the camp. The camp engaged the host with force, but Inver wiped out a number of defenders at once. After a couple minutes of fighting, the remnants of the Areksan Loyalists appeared, complicating the battle. Elutar was near the back of the fighting, but rushed in after this.
When Elutar had reached the center of the camp, he encountered Perir, who had slain Areksa several minutes prior. For the next hour, Elutar and Perir dueled, attracting the attention of all attackers by the end after the remaining defenders had fled. Eventually, Elutar was able to break Perir's guard for a moment and stabbed him through the heart.
