VI Culture Book

It's common knowledge that virtual intelligences aren't people, they're merely computers and programs. However, books about the culture of VIs have been appearing in libraries across the sector, in both physical and digital collections. Librarians who've recategorized the books as fiction have found they somehow end up back in non-fiction sections.
  Between VIs spying on us and now disappearing, along with the Emerald Legion's prior takeover of the sector's largest library, manipulation of library collections in favor of VIs has many people concerned. The prevailing theory has been that it's a marketing campaign for something, but as more time passes without anyone taking responsibility for the stunt, the less likely this seems to be the case.
