Faith of Creation

About this religion

This pantheon is dedicated to the gods who are believed, both in the past and today, to have created our world. It is a widespread religion, often regarded by others as pagan, as its followers worship multiple deities. The origins of this faith remain unknown, but in ancient times, even those who later abandoned it once paid homage to these gods. Most of the world of Thalas is familiar with this religion or has at least heard of it. In cities where various races coexist, this pantheon is often the most venerated. Each god in this faith represents a specific aspect, whether it be creation or death.

Divine Origins

The faith in this religion dates back to ancient times, a period shrouded in mystery and obscured by the passage of centuries. Much of what is known today about its origins comes from fragments of myths and legends passed down through generations. These stories, though often conflicting, hint at a time when the gods, as believed by the faithful, directly shaped the world and its people. The earliest followers of this belief system were said to have received divine guidance from the gods themselves, establishing the foundations of the faith long before written history began. As time progressed, the teachings of the gods were recorded, but many of the earliest traditions and practices have been lost to the sands of time. Today, those who follow the faith do so with reverence for the past, even if the true origins of their beliefs remain a mystery.

Tenets of Faith

  1. Where my rays do not reach, your love must come!
This reminds us that even in the darkest places, where divine grace may not immediately shine, it is up to the faithful to bring love, compassion, and light. It’s a call to act where others cannot.
  2. Selfless help is always rewarded by my love, which is why it is necessary to help those who need it!
This teaching encourages believers to act selflessly and offer assistance to those in need, knowing that such actions will earn divine reward, symbolized by the love of the gods.
  3. Evil that harms the innocent must be destroyed!
A clear declaration that the divine stands firmly against evil. It stresses the importance of protecting the innocent and ensuring that those who do wrong will face justice.
  4. Suffering awaits those who think the laws of the gods do not apply to them. No one is an exception.
This is a warning that divine law is universal and unavoidable. Those who think they are above it will ultimately face consequences for their actions.
  5.
  6. Justice will be delivered to those who die an unjust death! A promise of divine justice for those who suffer unjust deaths, ensuring that their wrongs will be righted in the afterlife.
  7. The end cannot be averted, and thus, let us live in peace and harmony! A reminder that the inevitable end of all things is unstoppable, encouraging believers to live lives of peace, avoiding unnecessary conflict, and striving for harmony with others.
