White Keep
The White Keep was built as a place of peace and neutrality, no banners are allowed to fly in and around the keep. It is a smaller fortification, not actually meant to withstand siege, instead built to be imposing and beautiful. It consists of three rings. The outer walls, that can only be accessed via secrect tunnels known only to the White Guard, the court yard where escorts are allowed to be, and the keep itself, where no weapons are allowed. In the keep are multiple bedrooms free for use, along with servants who have dedicated their lives to the keep and those that may stay there. In the middle on the second highest floor, is the peace room. Modeled after a war room, but more soft and comfortable in its finish. It is here that enemies meet to settle their differences without risk of being backstabbed.
If blood is spilled, the White Guard is allowed to cut down the aggressor with impunity along with their escorts if deemed necessary. This has only happened once before, and the offending house's name has been forgotten decades ago, but its story warns those that think they can ignore the rules.
