Bone Dragons
Bone Dragons were the most powerful and feared of any dragons. Unlike the other dragons, Bone Dragons did not have a breath weapon. Instead they had magic that allowed them to create and control dead bones. While at first this may not sound as dangerous, it was often used to create swarms of sharp flying bones that would assault someone from all angles.
Bone Dragons had marrow white and slightly grey scales, but it was their extra skeleton that truly set them apart. Just like other dragons, Bone Dragons had an internal set of bones. Unlike others however, they also had an external set of bones that acted as a form of additional armor. This skeleton largely resembled the internal one, just smaller and flatter to better work as armor. In turn however, this did make Bone Dragons less flexible and slower. Nevertheless, their power was unparalleled, only Red and Gold dragons could come close to their strength.
They were brought to extinction during The Hunt. This was made possible by 3 main factors:

They were brought to extinction during The Hunt. This was made possible by 3 main factors:
- Bone Dragons reproduce very slowly, this meant not many were alive at any given point.
- The Archmages of Grasmere personally led each fight with a Bone Dragon if possible.
- The artifact Raykreesia, made specifically to fight Bone Dragons.
