Ko Ka Tipo is an older kolobvoli woman who has run the guild of silk since its inception in the year 40. She is known for her shrewd business dealings, and cadre of clever and dangerous workers.

Ko Ka Tipo was a slave to giants for her first thirty years, and after being freed, she crafted silk for the Aulvi. The quality of the silk was exceptional, and she soon gathered a following hoping to expand and learn from her skills. After dealing with the humans, and learning trade, it only took a few years to determine that the value of silk would skyrocket as the demand increased due to considerably reduced slave labor. (with the only anadi slaves producing in Zevemlya). The business boomed, and all external silk trade from Gënlèul goes first through the Mother of silk.
