Miracles

Miracles are a form of magic manifested from the raw unbridled faith and resolve of a mortal. It is one of the few branches of magic that are exclusive to mortal life.   While typically more associated with Aine, there are instances of Miracles being created in the name of belief in other deities or pantheons. It is not exclusive to Aine. Miracles require an exceptional amount of personal resolve and mental fortitude; as they are bred from one's genuine belief in something.   As a result, people that practice Miracles often don't always believe that the Miracles are created from their own potential belief, but are instead manufactured from their faith in something. In Aine's case, Miracles are believed to be bestowed blessings and boons granted to them by their God. Likewise, Miracles that are created in the name of the Wild Gods, while rare due to their tendency to grant genuine boons and blessings, are often made with the genuine belief that they're done in the name of that respective Wild God.   Miracles manifest in a variety of ways, but are always created in a way that the caster benefits from. They are somewhat dangerous to cast, as miracles must be done with the intention of resolving a conflict or accomplishing a desire; should that fail, the faith in the miracle crumbles and it may lead to very dangerous consequences.
