Public Agenda
The Frozen lords focus on raiding other hostile nomad clans and Goliath herds that come too far into Donze territory, this is only because they are following the rules of the Donze treaties.
With these treaties no longer being honoured by the Donze crown, the Frozen lords have been slowly moving south.
