Chapter 4, Case #3: The Autopsy of Caulder Spitfire

The Autopsy of Caulder Spitfire is comprised of 3 Parts: The Arrival & Questioning, The Autopsy and Conclusions.
Each segment is different in duration.

Part 1: The Arrival & Questioning.

This segment is composed of The Party's arrival to Caulder Spitfire's Territory, transport to the Charnel Smuggler's Den & introduction to the Quest, followed by the Questioning of Caulder's Gang.
Before they Engage with Bertie, they have free reign of Brooks Run, time will not progress.

Arrival

Bertie Sherman stands on the edge of Brooks Run. He stands on an old wooden dock, smoking. You see that before him floats a small boat with a Lantern on a hook, gently bobbing in the breeze.
Wait for Party response and conversation.
Bertie hops in the boat and begins to tend to it's engine, he rambles on about the various safety proceedures; "Keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times", etc, etc. The Boat rocks each time one of you drops down into it. Within a moment of the last of you entering, Bertie, still smoking, rips the ignition chord and you take off, down the river.
The lights of Brooks Run fade away behind you. You must occasionally make a turn to avoid the rare silt bank or more commonly, some variety of vegetation or debris. Marshall pulls out a Harmonica and begins to play an old, sad song as you sail through the deserted and overgrown husks of The Runoff District.
Eugene asks Jacobi: "What would you do if you got stuck in a Time Loop", Allow for conversation between the Party members.
The Charnell Smuggler's Den is a strange structure. At a distance, the small town before it looks much alike a small corner of the Brooks Run, as if the small community had broken off and drifted away.
The Den itself is much like most of the other structures of The Flooded District, merely larger. It looks like a compound structure, like if several other buildings had grown into each other with the aid of several dozen varieties of plant life. It's completely dark, if you didn't know better, you'd presume it was abandoned.
As you arrive at the small community's dock, you see the entrance to the town; A dark metal archway with, in neon letters, "Luther Lane", written at it's peak. The Lane itself is a small huddle of about 10 buildings, built upon sturdy wooden docks above the water. The Buildings themselves are wrapped in Neon signs that declair their purpose and Greenery, which no doubt supports the buildings and the dock below them. One particularly busy building has a Neon Sign labeled "BAR" hanging from one side. From the entry arch, a Main Street of a kind forms; leading, directing almost, towards the Large Compound at the end of The Street.
The entrance to The Den is, forboding. It looms behind Luther Lane like a Dark Mountain belonging to the Strange Mysteries of Before the Calamity. Not a single light glows from within, dust and silt pile at the base and peak of the structure. Bertie walks towards it with the confidence of a Gambler in Poker.
Wait for Party response. They might want to wander about for a bit. At some point Bertie throws a rock at one of the windows of the Den and the door opens for them.
You are greeted by a Tired and Sad looking Man. He ushers you into the den and quickly shuts the door behind you. The inside of the Den is comfortably warm and dry. The man who ushered you in stands awkwardly behind the door, he scratches his head awkwardly before addressing Bertie: "Ahm, Mr. Sherman? Mrs. Spitfire will be here to talk with you soon. We're having a bit of a situation...Help yourself to anything in the room, I suppose." before then quickly exiting the room through a large stairwell.
Allow for conversation and exploration of the room.

When the Party is satisfied, a Goon (Hank) enters the Room. He relays the unfortunate news and says he'll be taking them to Lucia.
For a Woman in her Third Trimesta who just lost Her Husband, Lucia Spitfire is Suprisingly Composed. She is still a Mess, but a Compossed Mess. She is not a Blubbering, Weeping, Wailing Mess of a Woman. Her Hair is in disarray, She has Bags under Eyes and her voice Croaks when she speaks, but she is Collected. She sits across from you, at an old wooden desk. "Sit." She orders. "I have been told that you have questions. In exchange for answering them, I want you to solve my husbands murder."
Conversation begins.

Questioning

This is the Questioning Portion of The Quest. Answers will be Tagged on the people who know them. Remind the Party that there are several individuals that they can talk to. A Question not Asked is a Question not answered. Ashley is the Theatre Syndicate Representative. Father Bismark can be contacted via a Delayed Comm Relay, he can be asked 5 Questions.

Where was the Body Found:
("A Side Alley in Brooks Run." Lucia)
("In a nigh empty room, tied to a chair near the edge of Brooks Run." Isaac)
("In a Pisshole, by the fuckstain that is Syndicate Territory." Hank)
("Did you know that The Theatre Syndicate owns most of Brooks Run, we try to keep it in order but sometimes things appear that aren't meant to." Ashley)

How long has the Victim been Dead: ("We found him This Morning. Someone had gone out on patrol and aparently some poor couple had been the first to find him before He caught wind." Lucia)
("Uh, Bossman went missing like, last night? I don't really know. Ask the Bosslady." Hank)
("I haven't had time to thoroughly examine the body, but when it was brought to me this morning, it was fresh. The blood within his Body hadn't yet begun to experience visable Livor Mortis. I recieved it at, uhmmm... About 8:36, so any where between 6am and 4am." Isaac)
("We've taken a great many measures to update and encourage the growth of The Runoff District throughout our tenure here. The Instalation of Modern Technology such as accurate Clocks, Accessable Neon Signs, Radio Communication Networks, all of these can be attriubuted to the Theatre Syndicates. The Wealth and Prosperity of The Syndicates trickles down like this to spread amongst the common man, over time." Ashley)

Who was the Victim:
("He was My Husband. He was a Smuggler. He was a Good Man who tried to help anyone who Needed it. Hell, he could talk anyone down from a Gunfight. He helped pull this District out of the wreckage that it had been turned into and he never gave up on helping it. And He was Meant to be a Father. Now, he's not going to have the chance." Lucia)
("The Bossman was a... Good Fellow. He tried, hard. Down here, he got people Meds, Ammo to protect themselves, Things to Build things, all kinds of Things that were Controband for Stupid Reasons, for a Good Price too. Thing was he, had to get things for the people Up There, otherwise we'd all go bust. He was rather Clever like that, planned constantly too. Took everything in Stride with this Swagger, it gave him this kinda... Way, with Folks." Hank)
("The Most Stable Source of Business I've ever had. He Paid for all his Employee's Funerals, including thier Families and Close Friends. Hell, even some of His Gang's Enemies, mostly the ones that had no-one left to bury them. Arranged the Funerals and gave me the Body's to care for till time came. I will also admit that he was not only a good Brewer but also pretty generous. Sometimes, he'd give me a Bottle of Mead that he'd Brewed. He made a Killer Braggot." Isaac)
("The Syndicate & It's Clients frequently work together to produce performances in and outside the Runoff District. These performances require a range of items to produce. Sometimes The Syndicate and It's Clients require certain Items for it's productions that are difficult to come by and so we pursue these items with Vigor. Sadly though, sometimes We are unable to find these Items ourselves and must Outsource the acquisition of these to Rare Finds Businesses that are outside of our Umbrella. This can be thought of as us further spreading the Wealth throughout the Community." Ashley)

How Old was the Victim:
("27 Years, same as me, this last May." Lucia)
("Uh, Fuck. 30? I think. I should probably know this, shouldn't I." Hank)
("Late 20's, I belive. I never enquired." Isaac)
("After the Runoff District was experienced significant harm, it resulted in several of the assets of the area being exposed or buried. Certain, ambitious individuals have attempted to find these valuables and claim them, one such historic find was discovered in May 1965, A collection of 7 Antique Silver Plated Werewolf Skeletons inside a Museum Vault." Ashley)

Do you know anything about The Murder:
("I have been, spared of most of the details thankfully. All I know is that it... wasn't pleasant, apparently." Lucia)
("It was a Fucking Mess. Whoever did it probably wanted it to be found. Set it up real nice, like a fucking Die-O-Rama. Shouldn't have gone out like that." Hank)
("No. I have yet to thoroughly inspect the body." Isaac)
("The Death of the Runoff Districts Economy has severly hampered the City as a whole, that's not even mentioning the damage to the local area. Before, The District was filled with Artisnal Production Centers, Museums and Offices. The Syndicate has worked extremely hard to restart the local economy, to the benifit of itself and the city. Several Groups of Interest outside of the Syndicate have become involved and aided with this restoration, we are always deeply saddened when one of them leaves, but we do not pursue their where abouts nor health, because we choose to respect our collaborators privacy." Ashley)

Who Else can we Talk to: ("I can have someone set up the relay and send a Message to Father Bismark. Father Bismark was Our Chosen Pastor. You could also talk to Hank downstairs. Isaac the Mortitian is Downstairs, he might have something Usefull... Oh. Fuck. A Representative of the Theatre Syndicate is Downstairs too, although getting any information from any of them is like trying to find the place where Water Tastes Like Wine." Lucia)

What can you tell me about The Victim:
("My Caulder was amazing. He was always there for me when I needed him and he was, so kind and Handsome. I don't quite know what I'm going to do now." Lucia)
("The Bossman was the Fucking Man. Sharper than a Tack, Faster than a Speeding Bullet and he had a Silver Tongue to Boot. He walked the Walk and Talked the Gods damned Talk. He'd Plan things months ahead, there's a reason why The Redcoats wanted him so much. Cause he'd play games with them, they hated it. And the Boys? We loved him! He never drank or smoked or even glanced at any women other than The Bosslady, but he still hung out with Us when we went to The Pub or The Red Bath. He wasn't JUST, our Boss, He was one of us. Above all though, despite that Love he had for us, we knew that if we ever betrayed him. It would be personal to him. We all understood that." Hank)
("To Be Honest, Caulder was a Bit Scary sometimes. Despite being a good man, he was still a criminal. A shockingly sharp and clean one yes, but still a criminal. We had a, business relationship a profitable one too. He was witty like a devil and it always got him in trouble, but he was crafty enough to always get out of it, and bring me more business. One way or another. In fact I was the only Mortician he ever used, I'm rather proud of that fact." Isaac)
("The instatutional benifits of the utilisation of smaller businesses to grow the home grown economy of the Runoff District via a Trickle Down System can truly be explored via- *You Stop Paying attention to whatever the Hell this woman is saying because she clearly isn't listening to whatever you ask*." Ashley)

Did the Victim have any Enemies:
("Hah, soo many. I can't remember most of them." Lucia)
("Lewis Fucking Red. He's Probably the Fucking bastard who killed The Bossman." Hank)
("Yes. Though, all the ones I know of ended up on my Table." Isaac)
("The Enemies of the Economic System that the Synidcate is attempting to restablish are in various ways and various means attempting to halt the progress and flourishing hand of La Goutte, unaware that it is in their best intrest to allow the invisible hand to hold them gently in it's palm, they struggle because they do not understand it." Ashley)

When/What was the Victim last Seen:
("I last saw him yesterday evening, it's not strange for either of us to work late into the night, so I went to bed with only a kiss." Lucia)
("He was doing Paperwork in his Office last night. Me and some of the boys went to lock up before going out but he waved us off." Hank)
("I've been told he was last seen anywhere from 5PM to 7PM." Isaac)
("Six Thirty-Three Last night in his Office filing paperwork. The last person to see him alive Lucia Spitfire, as "The Boys" as Hank puts them left at 5:57PM on Caulders orders to "not wait up", they did not." Ashley)

What was the Cause of Death:
(*Lucia looks at you like if she is considering replacing you with a Duck in Detective Cosplay, because at least then it would be cute when it was incompetent.* Lucia)
("No Fucking Clue." Hank) ("I, don't know actually, I haven't performed the Autopsy yet." Isaac) (*Ashley continues talking about a Hypothetical Economic System that completely elludes you)

Can We See The Body: ("Yes. If that's what you need." Lucia)
("Why are you asking Me." Hank)
("If you receive permission from Lucia." Isaac)
(*Ashley rambles on about the decreasing Value of the Bolt and how it effects the Body of the District*)

What was Caulder working on Before he got killed:
("My Husband was launching an investigation into The Blood Lilly Murders. He wasn't a fan of the Papers pinning them on him." Lucia)
("Smugglin'." Hank)
("I have no clue." Isaac)
("Something to Aid the Syndicate's Economy I'd Suppose. No?" Ashley)

What can you tell me about The Blood Lilly Murders:
("This is going to be a long one. First of all, my Husband and I are murderers. You have to be in our line of business. Those who aren't willing to do so die a painfull death.
Are you familiar with the Archaic Meaning of "Outlaw"?
It quite literally means "Outside The Law".
Down here, in the Flooded District, everyone is technically an Outlaw. You'd be suprised how many folk down here have killed before. Little Old Ladies defending their Homes with an 8 Gauge Boomstick. Redcoats don't really come down here, so we have to keep our own order and there are plently of Bad Apples. Saying that, we aren't the ones who are killing folk in the city. That would be just silly. We don't have anything gain in doing it, we only have things to loose, if people found out it was us (which they eventually would) it would damage our reputation to the point of no-one wanting to hire us!
I'm sorry, I've had this conversation with Myself and a Few Others too many times to count as these last weeks.
The Blood Lilly Murders are just that, Murders. It is nigh impossible, even with compromised liquor for this many people of this many background to experience deaths in such a rapid and spaced out manner.
She Pulls open a Drawer, takes out a file & Drops it on the Desk
This file is on the death of "Edna Carcano", she was a 10 Year Old Cobbler's Apprentice who lived in the Workers District. Beneath it is Lord Pemminton Hummgray, A perpetually Homeless man who sequestered himself amongst homeless community of the rooftops of the Central Stone District. They have nothing in common. We think that's the point. None of the many people who've died in the last few Weeks have anything in common. Nothing to link them. That's most likely on Purpose. Whoever is doing this, is using the mass volume of Deaths to hide whatever the real reason that they're killing these people is. We've also found the occasional evidence of people being Bound, or killed, before then sprouting Blood Lillies, the Injuries hidden by the foliage & Decay. You can thank Isaac downstairs for his help with that. We know that there aren't any Blood Lillies in the City's water supply, because the number of Blood Lilly Deaths would be much higher. It can't have been just the compromised Liquour from Trench, even if other suppliers were compromised, the number of Deaths is shockingly, too High for that. I've talked with a few other Smugglers about if anyone had brought any Blood Lillies into the city, but none of them were able to confirm anything: The Red Gang disbanded a few weeks ago after thier Leader Lewis died. The Vatrons only deal in weapons, ammo & explosives. The Kindred hate Poisons and I guess this falls under Poison? She looks at you, shruging and suddenly realises that she got on a tangent like a runaway train. She collects herself, brushing her dress down. As she does, you notice her stomach is a small bump.
Well. I'm going to try to remember who in the City deals with Plants like Blood Lillies, in the meantime, is there anything else you want to ask me?" Lucia.)
("The What Now?" Hank)
("The plant is typically restricted to The Gnarled Wilds due to how The Host's die within 2-3 Day, the inability to grow without a Host & it's severe alergy to Salt Water. Someone has most likely smuggled the seeds into the City. From a medical perspective, the best place to infect the most people would be The Water Supply, but the Number of Victims isn't high enough for that. The Trench Brewery was likely only one method of administration. Some claim that it was Caulder comiting the murders in some kind of Power Play, it wasn't. He would be killing his credit and business if he was." Isaac)
("They will disrupt The Economy if they continue for much longer." Ashley)

Why would someone try to kill Caulder Spitfire:
("Money, to take his corner of the Smuggling Market, to make a point, to scare folks, I don't know." Lucia)
("Hmm... To make a point? I've heard that happens sometimes." Hank)
("My reasoning would be for Territory, Power, Upward Momentum within the Charnel Lane Smugglers, Standard affair really." Isaac)
(Ashley briefly considers your Question. "Perhaps an attempt to butt, ones way into an economic nieche. A Bounty Hunter maybe. But that would be an oversimplification of the various motives that an economic driver could possess." Ashley)

Why are The Victims of The Blood Lilly Murders being Killed:
("To hide something." Lucia)
("Hmmm... Hank scratches his dull metal chin Scare Folks probably." Hank)
("It's difficult to tell, one school of thought blames Caulder, the irony is clear on that. Another one I've heard rumblings of is that it's a conspiracy to whipe the slate clean, begin the city anew. I doubt it though, I'd have more business if that were the case." Isaac)
("To instill a distruct within the current economic system that has long since prevaled many similair trials and tribulations, attempting to remove any trust within the power that be, leading to our flagelation of them and their removal, leaving a large enough vaccum for a moderate and self assured power to come into being, bringing with it a new forum of trade and currency, ours, of course being quite outdated. One can see how in other currency systems, ours is not only flawed but confusing. When one grows up with it, the conversions are more simple, but when viewed from an outside perspective, as many do, we hath hatched a tangled web of coins whos value is arbitrary. One only need to look towards systems such as the Dwarven Beads, to decypher a better method. Each bead itself represents a certain value of Honour, rather than Time. The more Honourable a person the more Currency they accrue. Even the Savages of Ferrick have a better system, simpling denoting coins by kinds of Pelts. Majula, for example, utilises Kracken Teeth for thier Currency, the larger teeth possessing larger denominations of value. Though the Majulan system leaves something to be desired as it lacks a certain nuance. There is also the factoid that one needs to carry a tooth the size of your arm to make certain purchases, this often means that certain currency methods fall out of fashion and are strictly used as valuable statement pieces, or are carved into smaller tokens, based on region." Ashley)

Did Caulder use any Substances:
("No, his father always abused the Bottle and His mother, so Caulder refused to drink. He always thought that drugs were an expensive vice that merely wasted the time you had." Lucia)
("Nope. Whever he came out with Me & The Boys, he would play our Designated Driver. The Bosslady would drink a glass of Red occasionally though." Hank)
("I am... Uninvolved with his personal life to a degree where I would know his drinking habits." Isaac)
("None that were purchased with the morderate forum that is the Theatre Syndicate's Network. Which is quite troubling if you ask me." Ashley)

WHO KILLED HIM:
("I Don't know! Why do you think I'm hiring you?" Lucia)
("Fucking... Lewis Red probably, maybe the THEATER SYNDICATE." Hank)
("Perhaps an unknown assailant. Maybe an upset Client. A Rival Gang. The Possibilities are nearly endless." Isaac)
("I do not know but I will do everything I can to help you in finding out." Ashley)

HOW WAS CAULDER SPITFIRE:
("Good in Bed." Lucia)
("Good in Bed according to The Bosslady. He'd blush like a prude whenever she said that." Hank)
("Dead. Currently." Isaac)
("Good with The Economy and Lackluster Questions." Ashley)

DID YOU KILL CAULDER SPITFIRE:
("I... Don't think I could've killed him if he'd asked me..." Lucia)
("Hank just looks Offended & Disgusted with you." Hank)
("Why would I kill my most stable source of income?" Isaac)
("...No." Ashley)

IS THE VICTIM DEAD:
("Lucia Just Glares at You." Lucia)
("Hank frowns at you and looks confused." Hank)
("Yes. Dead. Dead-E-Dead. (continue endlessly if the party replies, until the joke dies)" Isaac)
("Physically." Ashley)

WHAT WAS CAULDER SPITFIRE:
(Lucia sobs REALY LOUDLY "MY HUSBAND!" Smack. As she flops onto the desk and looses her composure completely, breaking down into complete wailing.)
("A Tiefling. Lotsa folk don't like them." Hank)
("A Man!" Isaac)
(Ashley slaps the wall "I DON'T KNOW!" Ashley)

WHY WAS CAULDER SPITFIRE:
("To Smuggle Garbage and Make Love. With Me. Specifically Me." Lucia)
("Why not." Hank)
("That is a stupid question." Isaac)
("Why is you?" Ashley)

Part 2: The Autopsy.

This is by far the largest segment of the mainquest and is, for the most part, entirely driven by the players. All that should be placed here is the information needed for their autopsy. If they need any aid Marshall, Eugene & Isaac V. Stirling the Mortitian are inside the room.

NPC & Player Quirks.

Isaac V. Stirling:
Due to being a trained Medical Proffessional, Isaac will be the one handling the cadavre and the physical implement of the Autopsy. He does not trust the party to leave things unsalvagable.
Due to not having performed an Autopsy in nearly 13 Years, only having done them in medical school, so he has forgotten how to stop himself from falling into the motions of Embalming the body.

Marshall:
Random Anecdotes: Marshall has a large repertoire of random anecdotes semi-related to the situation, most are about his time in the service.
Distracting: When growing Bored, will talk with Isaac about the Minutia of being a small business owner, sharing stories of what it's like to own a business in their Cities. This will distract Isaac, making him perform rolls with a -3 Modifier.

Eugene:
Fragile Stomach: Will faint when looking directly at the Cadavre.
Medical Education: Highly versed in Medical and Anatomical Knowledge. Serves as the Hint System of the Autopsy.
After fainting, he can be re-awoken with One of the 5 "Proffessor Hyde Smelling Salt" Paper Packets around the Autposy Room.

Ruby:
Little Notebook of Interigation Techniques & Drugs: Due to her Questionable (and very mysterious) upbringing, Ruby possesses a small book from the inside of her locket which contains a large swath of Interigation Techniques and common Illicit Medications.
Keen Eyes: Ruby often picks up on the smaller details, gleaming more knowledge from Part Inspections.

Elys:
River V's Guide to Poisons: Refering to the Book, Elys can Identify Poisons with Advantage, rolling Perception.

Squeamish: When Isaac rolls a Nat 1, make a Con Saving roll to not "Freak Out".

Jacobi:
Blacksmithing Experience: Upon first seeing the Cadavre, Jacobi has created a mental list of Weapons that could be applicable for the Murder.
:

Entry to "Loose Ends Mortuary Services"

Loose Ends Morgue is not nearby Luther Lane. As Such, we shall skip all of the needless Readying of The Boat, Collecting of Individuals, Departure, Sailing through the Cumbling Husks of long Flooded Buildings and of the rest of it.
We Shall, wave it away.
The Morgue is located in the Thick of Brooks Run. It is Hidden in the way that only places like it can be.
It is that one alleyway which you don't think there's anything down, It's that one street that you've never gone down on your Commute to and from your Home.
That, is where places like Loose Ends Morgue, live.
It's appearance is fitting for a place of it's nature, for where it lives. Thin and Tall, like it's owner. The Building's front is adorned with a glowing neon sign depicting a pair of Scissors Cutting a thread from a stitched line, written beneath it in cursive is "Loose Ends Morgue".
We shall skip the description of the interior of the building, for the sake of time; it is stark and cold.
You all arrive in the Processing Room. The Cluttered Room itself is somewhat small and smells of the Embalming Chemicks. The Walls are lined with Shelves of various hieghts, File Cabinets & Diagrams. In the northeast corner is a small desk, atop it a record player & a radio. Several Vinyl Discs can be seen hidden in an outcove of the desk, some of them are Old Empire Tracks (the perks of Smuggling I suppose). A Celling Fan lazily turns above the centre piece of the room (to which will come to soon). The Dazzle fueled tube lights on the eastern and western walls flicker occasionally, they tint the room an exceptionally light orange, except for the faint purple pouring in from the northern windows, which sit above some shelves.
At last, we arrive at the Centerpeice.
A Cadavre. Laid upon a table at the center of the room. A white sheet draped upon him, like a shroud hiding his body.
Isaac steps up to the table, he pulls a cord hanging from the fan. A Bright White light bursts from behind the blades, casting rotating shadows across the floor as the blades swing, a spotlight shining onto The Cadavre of Caulder.
"I have not performed an Autopsy since Medical School. I suggest you become acquinted with this room, We're going to be here a while. Feel free to browse my Music, I believe everyone deserves One Last Song. Even if they're not alive to hear it."
He reaches down to the little stand to his left, that holds his tools and puts on his gloves.

The Autopsy.

This is the main Gameplay portion of this Quest, it consists of 2

Show spoiler
(actually 3)
layers.
The Preliminary Examination and Internal Autopsy & Organ Retention.
These refer to the most prominent layers of Caulder Spitfire & The Injuries inflicted upon him.
Wounds & Symptoms will be sorted into these layers, but require locating and identifying.
[ Locating a Wound or Symptom is as Simple as inspecting the Body. However, you cannot inspect the Whole Body at once.
The Body is broken down into 6 Parts: The Head, Torso, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg and Right Leg.
Each of these parts can be inspected multiple times.
Once in the Interior Phase of the Autopsy; you cannot perform rolls to inspect the interior of the body, internal damage must be found by deduction and elimination.
Once a portion of the Body has been destroyed or damaged in any way (such as cutting the brain in half), it cannot be repaired.
After a bodypart has been inspected, the results of the Inspection will be declaired. The Results will not always encompass everything to do with that Bodypart and Layer. Some peices of information a hidden behind other discoveries, other times; you may not rolled high enough to find every injury.
Thanks to some characters Quirks, they will have extensive knowledge on the subjects. This knowledge will not be shared with everyone up-front. First it will be in thier hands, do share as they will. Please do not copy+paste the list of knowledge your character has to share with others.
At any point in time you may collectively conclude the autopsy, be aware; once you have concluded the Autopsy, you cannot try again. Failure is option.
Some things can only be identified with Medical Skill Checks on Limbs. (Certain characters do not have to perform these).
Outside of Eugene's Hints, I will try to refrain from giving you any.

Depths

Stab Wounds without Blood (Torso)

Show spoiler
Can be found if Stab Wounds are inspected again after initial inspection (DC 24) or after Depths are Discovered (DC 12).
5 of the wounds are not the same shape as the rest. They are a malformed square shape. There is no Blood in the nearby tissue of the Punctures.

Cat's Claw Stab Wounds (Torso)

Show spoiler
Can be found after the success of the Stab Wounds without Blood, or the low levels of Blood in the Body.
It appears that even a majority of the Stab Wounds were done Post Mortem, having blood injected into them and Blood Lilly Seeds place into them afterwards.

Stitched up, small Incision in the base of the Heel (Either Leg)

Show spoiler
Can be found after any Post Mortem Actions are discovered (DC 10)
A small switching line, hidden by swelling, blood and more visceral injury, is in the base of his heel. It is neat, tidy; and done Post Mortem. Isaac carefully undoes the stitching line, and with a pair of tweezers, pulls out a small, red, Ruby. From it, you can feel whisps of Latent Potential.(Performing an Arcana check of DC 11 or higher will reveal that it was once filled with Healing Potential)

Heart is Swollen to Abnormal Size (Torso)

Show spoiler
Can be found after innitial Heart Inspection, or if a DC 15 Med Roll is made (becomes a DC 9 when Depths entered)
The heart within Caulder's chest, though attatched to his veins and arteries has one too few Valves for a Tiefling Heart, at least according to the Biology Textbook. Jacobi, you recognise this as a Cow's Heart, from that time you Helped Butcher Thomas.

Drained Blood (Torso)

Show spoiler
When Depths are entered, upon re-examination of any Majour Parts, The Heart, Lungs or the Stab Wounds, a Med DC 4 is made. On Success:
The Average Humanoid Male holds 6 Litres of Blood within thier body. The Tankard from the draining machine's initial Bloodletting holds barely holds a Litre of Blood. This is significantly less than what could have been bled out naturally from his wounds, even with a anti-coagulant in his system.

Ankle Lacerations (Either Leg)

Show spoiler
Can be found after re-examining them.
The Cuts on his ankles curve somewhat, with a large bite to where they've been; the thing of more interest however is the subtle stitching just below his heels, covered by the blood and swelling.

Correct Conclusion

Bringing your findings to Lucia, she overlooks the report you've drafted up. Cause of Death: Coppertree Seeds and several injuries leading to blood loss. She pauses, considering. "There's only one person in this city who sells Coppertree Seeds. Cassady Williams. I'll organise a meeting with her by the end of the week, try to get some answers and co-operate with her to find the people who murdered my Husband."

Incorrect Conclusions

Bringing your findings to Lucia, she overlooks the report you've drafted up. Cause of Death: An Overdose on Stahlrohr Feathers, a potent knock-out drug; which can cause Fluid build-up in the Lungs when incorrectly administered. She pauses, considering. "There're... quite a few people in this city that sell Stahlrohr feathers. I'll try to organise a meeting with some of them by the end of the week, try to get some answers and co-operate with them to find the people who murdered my Husband."

Bringing your findings to Lucia, she overlooks the report you've drafted up. Cause of Death: Stabbed to death with a Cat's Claw Dagger. She pauses, considering. "There's a group that tends to deal with this kind of exotic weaponry the "Bone Born Collective". I'll try to organise a meeting with them by the end of the week, try to get some answers and co-operate with them to find the people who murdered my Husband. It may take a while though, we never did get along. They might have done it themselves actually."
