Located between Sector I and VIII this place is home to the best place for a night in the town.

The area of Sector IX have an uncanny ability to grant people the perfect date or even just cassual hang! it's an aura of comradery and union all around.
History
When arcanists from Sector VIII and the merchants from Sector 1 met in nutral ground they instantly became friends, some old poems would say it was not only entirely too fast but also somewhat wholesome. As people gathered in the surrounding areas they not only fell in love with the community but also with the land which they eventually turned into its own sector.
Given the all around aura of the place it became a recurring spot for bards, musicians and artists
Tourism
The Ancien Oils Pavilion takes up a big part of the areas surrounding the coastline making it the berfect turist trap whith beautiful hotels from all ranges of prices and quality.
The food here is a delicacy, to the point that it has been attempted to be replicated by other sectors but nothing seems to beat the original!! give it a go if you have the time
