Night
The second child of the Maelstrom and embodiment of the night. Unlike her elder brother Erebus, her place is within the cycles of the world. As such, she is the eldest deity in the Darlunar Pantheon that minds the passage of time and is somewhat comprehensible to mortal races. As such, she has the final word on topics of truth, history, and secrets. Her children are known as the darkborn, despite several of them representing concepts associated with light. For example, her son Illuminus is the daylight.
