The legendary sword of Hraygoth the Unstoppable with which he slew the last of Tiamat's Infernal Dragons, thus concluding the Dragon War hundreds of years ago. The final dragon's blood stained the blade. As Hraygoth decended the peaks over Denton into the city proper, the blade grew supernatually heavy. Unable to carry it further, he left it in the townsquare and gave a prophesy, "So long as these stains remain, the sword shall rest in this place, and the world shall know peace from the reach of Tiamat." Because of this, it is beleived that the disappearance of the stains would be an indicator of Tiamat's returning influence.    The sword functions as a holy +3 longsword of dragon slaying. However, it is unable to be swung due to its extreme weight.    Holy. The weapon emits bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet. In addition, weapon attacks made with it against fiends deal an extra 2d8 radiant damage on a hit.    Dragon Slaying. When you hit a dragon with this weapon, the dragon takes an extra 3d6 damage.   Oracular Staining. The blade bears the stains of the final Infernal Dragon it has slain. So long as no other Infernal Dragons are present on the same plane as the sword, these stains are indelable. The disappearance of such stains indicate that an Infernal Dragon is present on the same plane as the sword.    Immobile. The weight of the sword is such that no being may lift it or move it from its current location. How this came to be is a mystery.
