Skyfall Slums
Located north of the main city, the Skyfall Slums are a section of city that lacks the delicately crafted beauty of the rest of the buildings. Separated from the main city by a monitored gate, the slums are home to most of the Darkling Celestials that live in Skyfall. Ruled over by the Archangel twins, Lilani and Zephiel, the slums are mostly left to their own devices by Damasca.
Demographics
Populated predominately by Darkling Celestials, the slums of Skyfall house some of the less fortunate inhabitants of the City of Skyfall. While none of the inhabitants are suffering, there is much less disposable income among the inhabitants of the slums and the dwellings are much less luxurious than in the main city.
Government
The Skyfall Slums are ruled primarily by the Archangel twins, Lilani and Zephiel. While they have express control over the area, they act more as the representatives of the community and hold votes for any major changes that take place. The main building where they reside is also entirely open to the public and inhabitants of the slums can visit the leaders at any time for requests or advice.
Defences
Due to the fact that the Slums house most of the Darkling Celestials, they also house most of the members of Heaven's Army. Run by Lilani, guards regularly patrol the outskirts of the slums, and the surveillance system put in place by Zephiel prevents most forms of ambush.
Architecture
While most of the large buildings of the main city are made of delicately sculpted glass, the buildings of the slums are primarily made of white marble. The buildings also don't have as much of the slender and delicate craftsmanship of the main city, but what the slums lack in tender beauty, they make up for in the sheer amounts of personality found in the decorations displayed by the inhabitants.
