Department 7 Headquarters
This is the main building used by the Shadow Investigations Unit. The building houses the majority of the department's staff and resources.
Purpose / Function
The primary purpose of the building is to house all the Shadow Project employees in a single location where they can be more easily monitored. All the primary work done towards the investigation into the Shadow is performed here. The vaults and labs are also here.

Architecture
The building was designed to look like an ordinary apartment building that is standing next to an ordinary office building. While these two structures are in fact attached and together make the Department Headquarters.
Defenses
The primary defense is camouflaged. Every effort is made to keep the appearance of the head quarters being two unrelated buildings that serve mundane functions. By creating them in this fashion, they are less likely to be suspected of being the headquarters of a secret organization.
