Mobile Garrison
The Mobile Garrison is the naval arm of the Colonial Armed Services. It serves as the customs agency, orbital security, and as space law enforcement agency in the colonies of the Union of Earth and her Colonies. The Mobile Garrison operates out of Space Stations in orbit around colonized planets along with smaller units in important trade sectors.
Structure
The Mobile Garrison is lead by the Commodore General, who is appointed by the Colonial Marshal. The Mobile Garrison operates out of space stations, some are specifically built for the Garrison, while other units borrow space from the Grand Union Spacefleet or civilian operations. All ships leaving and arriving at colonial planets are checked by the Garrison. This ranges from a simple review of a manifest to in depth scans and boarding.
Assets
The Mobile Garrison uses small fast ships. Most of their ships are not equipped with FTL engines.
