Concordia Administration
Concordia is the realization of dream that people from all different cultures and societies could live and work together for the foundation of a better world. Concordia, officially the Concordia Administration, is a city state in the equitorial region of the planet Avenos. It's citizenry is mostly human, though a few Cynians have moved into the city.
Military
Concordia's military is filled by the Concordian Defense Bureau. The Defense Bureau is one of the Executive Bureaus and is headed by the Councillor of Defense, currently Danyal Nielsen. It is divided between Ground Command and Space Command.
Most soldiers are armed with traditional kinetic projectile with a chemical propellant, and their space craft utilizes fusion powered engines.
Technological Level
They have achieved space travel, and have begun building space infrastructure such as advanced space docks and asteroid mining, but they have not achieved superluminal speeds. Their weaponry consists of chemically propelled bullets, with no energy weapons available, but currently being researched. They have mastered cold fusion technology as well.
Education
The children of citizens are schooled by the state from the age of 6 to 20. They are educated to be competent technicians and skilled in a variety of fields. After this, they will either join the work force, or begin attending an academy where they will specialize in specific professions.
