Navistavul
Culture
Navistavul's culture is based around craftsmenship, hard work, and not cutting corners. Its super industrial nature competes with the likes of the Orion Corporation's Oarlen Highlands. The work culture of Navistavul is both impressive yet questionable at the same time. Workers tend to work long shifts not because they have to, they only have 8 hours a day for 5 days a week, but because working longer hours gives them a higher status in their work and in society.
Assets
Plenty of factories and manufacturing sites exist in Navistavul. The major factories are owned by Sen & Krieg while a few smaller production sites are owned by Sorcodia Arms. The entire country has completely outlawed all forms of production sites that are related to the Orion Corporation. They are the only country to do so.
Besides manufacturing the country also does have a sizeable military in the form of a garrison force and a navy. Joining the military is optional but like all careers, you are not to be lazy and sloth-like.
History
Navistavul was founded in 422, as the landmass was close by mountains that contained a plentiful amount of metals like tin, copper, and iron. Many of the original founders came from expeditionary teams from both Valesco and Kranevier. They decided to settle down and create a country of their own.
At the turn of th 6th century with the rise of technological breakthroughs, Navistavul has steadily adopted the Thorcester City technologies into their work. Small crafting guilds became larger and eventually merged with the Sen & Krieg corporation.
Demography and Population
Navistavul is a human-majority country with smaller groups of halflings, elves, dwarves, and some gnomes. The population is pretty evenly spread across the lands.
Foreign Relations
Navistavul retains good relations with all nearby countries. However there are a few exceptions here. Navistavul can't really make an actual trades with Cardelios due to its isolationism and Navistavul has placed heavy embargos on trades from the Oarlen Highlands due to the major dislike of the Orion Corporation. Besides those, Navistavul is on generally good terms with its neighboring countries.
