  The Great Wyrm Qaradin is revered across Draconis as the mightiest of the metallic dragons, surpassing even the god Bahamut in strength, intellect, and magical prowess. Legends speak of his colossal size and unmatched power, attributed to his origins as one of the First Triadorian Brood of Dragons, who emerged shortly after the gods of creation formed the world of Triadorim.   Qaradin's influence stretches far and wide, and his enigmatic history captivates scholars and storytellers alike. Known to have sired a brood of at least eight children, the identity of their mother remains a closely guarded secret. Qaradin himself refuses to reveal this mystery, adding another layer to the legends surrounding him.

  In the annals of history, Qaradin and his brood embarked on a fateful battle against a formidable foe whose name has been lost to time. After their clash, Qaradin disappeared into the Barrens, an inhospitable and desolate land suffused with raw magical energy. For centuries, his absence left the world wondering if the Great Wyrm had perished or withdrawn from mortal affairs entirely.   Qaradin reemerged during the turbulent events leading up to the [Draconis Treaty], which united the fractured factions of Draconis. His return marked a turning point, as his presence alone commanded the respect and unity of all metallic dragons. The treaty solidified peace and strengthened the bonds between mortals and dragons, a legacy of Qaradin’s influence and guidance.
