Pillars Shade
In the coastal region of the Islands, there is a small valley. A stop for rest for weary travelers, the Pillars shade is a trade point built next to the blod, where great pillars once stood tall. With the surrounding forrests being home to dangerous beasts, Pillars shade provides comfort and warmth to those who stay inside it's walls.
Demographics
As a trading point, most people only visit Pillars Shade as a stop to trade and stay overnight. There are a handfull of people keeping the settlement running, but few choose to settle here.

Pillars shade is run by it's leader Avraks, who sometimes takes in the advice of the few residents running business in the trade point.

Infrastructure
Pillars shade is a walled trading point with a well secured gate to keep out any large beasts. Outside the walls there is a partial moat that serves as sewege for the settlement. The trading point has a sizable central square where many set up their wares for trading and bartering. A nighthouse is available for those that have the coin for it, otherwise travelers might need to stay at one of the fireplaces outside the settlements walls.
Geography
Pillars shade is located in a valley between hills, where blod intersects. Giant stone pillars still stand, some of them broken, with large stones scattered about. The settlement is built north of the largest pillar, with the wall incorporating it. The shade of the pillar serves as a sundial, going over the village slowly as the time passes.
Natural Resources
The settlement has access to chunks of rock and blod from the old world, a resource which while quite abundant, is hard to excavate, and has provided the residents of Pillars shade their tough walls.
