School of Abjuration
Structure
The School of Abjuration is one of the six schools of magic that make up the Guild of Mages. Currently, the School of Abjuration encompasses the Magical Colleges of Metamagic, Protection, and the Planes. The last of these is the source of ongoing contention with the School of Divination.
Culture
Wizards of the School of Abjuration wear white robes.
Public Agenda
The School of Abjuration holds itself as part of a sacred contract between the Guild and the population at large. The School seeks to preserve the integrity of magic and the integrity and safety of the Mortal Plane. As a result, it has frequently sought the transfer of the College of Healing from the School of Transmutation to themselves, with no success thus far.
