Santia d'Oliver is the queen of Nevarris. After her mother's murder in 7374, she remained the presumptive heir until her coronation in 7384. After the coronation, her betrothed, William vas Dael, was revealed to be a disguised green dragon by the Wheatlon Party, who then slew the dragon. She later married Palleas Iceblood, one of her knights with whom she'd had a romance for some time.
