Anunna-igi

The Anunna-igi are one of the two main cultural groups of the Anunna (the other being the Anunna-aki. The Anunna-igi formed largely in reaction to the partition of heaven. Strongly opposed to what they view as a flagrant betrayal of KOL , the Anunna-igi further opposed the creation of mortal souls, viewing them as little more that tools of the Powers that Be. The Anunna-igi planned to first overthrow the heavens with the assistance of Asmodeus , and from that position of power to decide on another approach to relieving X'IS.   The Igi view mortals as inherently illegitimate Interlopers who ultimately need to be either banished or extirpated outright. That being said, some are "better" in that they view this as only occuring after the hells have been harrowed—then will mortals be bound to this plane or another. This branch is more likely to simply remain aloof. This is a very rare attitude in practice, though some few remain as sages in Zhongxin or in hibernation.
