Anunna-aki

The Anunnna-aki are one of the two main cultural groups of dragons (the other being the Anunna-igi ). Largely endorsing or making peace with the Partition of the Heavens and the creation of mortal souls, they view their role as to shepherd and guide mortal races until the time for the Third Harrowing of Hell should come. They are characterized by "friendly" relations with mortals.   The Aki believe that their role is to guide, train, and strengthen mortals. Some, for the harrowing, others for life enduring. This means that the Aki are not necessarily always "good" in mortal eyes—there are some reds, for instance, who view combat as that way to strengthen, such as the late Vercingetorix.
