Kulallara Mirage Finder

A leader title for the individual Harkas that leads the entire innerworldian section of the Unified Arkan Council UAC.

Historically, the occupier of this title would lead a single, particular nation of the Kulallara Belt, contrary to its name. At this time, the title was earned by killing the previous owner of the title, so it would change hands very often. This make the nation quite unstable despite its size so eventually one leader declared that it was to be earned through performing a particularly strong feat, such as by engineering new purposed organisms which would change war forever. The leader at the time has recently created a new type of 'living cannon', an entire organism which was almost entirely a single large cannon. These were deployed in numbers, and the owner of those organisms managed to kill the previous leader. Through conquest, they have managed to usher in a new golden age for their nation before the leader himself was replaced with a new leader who managed to create the first flora that could produce more than 50% of all incoming power into usable energy. This extreme efficiency allowed the innerworldians to take even more energy and amass a much larger military and economy.

The leader title was modified a number of times historically as their culture changed. Currently, the title is earned through a democratic process, since the harki are now mostly unified under the UAC. Conquest is no longer necessary in the Beta Targos System, but they would fight entities like the Cypher Dominion and HEX Mainframe outside of the Arkan galaxy...

The Mirage Finder is a member of the leading council of the UAC oligarchy and is granted the power to vote on issues and propose their own issues. They serve a very important position, representing their species within the HF and making large scale decisions, so they have laws in place to remove an individual from power if needed.

However, as each HF star nation must elect a single unified leader to represent them in the Hyperion Federation, the UAC often holds another vote to put one of the subspecies leader into power. Sometimes, this title inherits that position usually does not. No one subspecies is overwhelmingly powerful in the UAC or able to topple all the other subspecies. Even if the spaceborne midworldians are probably the most powerful, they would be defeated by the other areas combined.
