Bentilae VII

A habitable world in the Bentilae System.
Bentilae VII has a large distance from its parent star. However, it is made habitable because of several large UV ray cannons mounted on the system's Dyson Sphere. These constantly fire at the planet and keep it habitable.
Bentilae VII has been made into a water world. Most of the planet is covered in water, but with many cities on or under the water. As such, this world is largely inhabited by Water Suons. The air in the underwater cities is breathable however, so most Hyperion Federation species are seen in these cities.
Many underwater cities have direct access to floating cities above. This is to allow underwater city residents to come to the surface, should they want to. Tourists often come to this world to see the underwater cities as well as experience the unique culture of this world.
The local life of Bentilae VII has only had several thousand years to develop and as such no complex ecosystem has been established yet. However, a number of species from Tebburus have been placed on this world, mainly aquatic life, and assuming the conditions remain relatively consistent, should remain habitable and the ecosystem will grow in mass and complexity over time. There are no megafauna because those species can harm Suons, but the ecosystem might eventually come tp depend on megafauna, in which case they would have to be placed on Bentilae VII. This is not really a significant issue though, with how advanced suon technology is, because they can detect these creatures from huge distances on Tebburus. The bottom of the ocean is not entirely covered with cities. It is mostly unexploited despite the local star having a Dyson Sphere. The planet has a population of about 100 billion. Despite being mostly underwater, mining efforts continue on Bentilae VII in specially designed sealed structures. Though mining is expensive, they have managed to extract enough material to justify its cost.
The planet has several districts, such as a Northern and Southern districts, as well as several equatorial districts. The water temperature remains more consistent globally on Bentilae VII than on most othe rplanets because of the large laser-like machines on the Dyson sphere keeping this planet warm. More light is focused towards the poles, keeping polar regions warm. Despite this, most of the population live near the equator.
