Argrag
Home planet of the Gagarag race in the Anaris System.
Argrag is the 6th planet from the star. It remains in the habitable zone despite its large radius from the star due to the sheer brightness of the star. Although Argrag is now mostly covered in cities, including what used to be oceans, it is still considered habitable due to constant cleansing of the air. Food is delivered to the world via various space stations designed by The Caretakers to grow food. These stations occupy various orbits around the star and capture a lot of energy, enough to feed the trillions of souls on the homeworld.
Argrag also has a climate that is slightly hotter than that of most habitable worlds. Due to this, the gargarag evolved for hot conditions like all other species on that world, despite them almost no longer existing.
Due to the advances of the gagarag species and mas production, the ecosystem of the planet has virtually died off, and only species that the gagarag themselves depend on survive. Its water cycle has also been entirely eliminated as the caretakers have such a fine control over the planets weather that the weather is constantly perfect for gagarag conditions to the point where few structures still have air conditioning or heating. It has a population well into the trillions and caretaker geology teams have ensured the complete and utter stability of the planet so that natural disasters like earthquakes and volcano eruptions will not happen. They constantly monitor the planet from the crust all the way down to the core. From space, the day surface of Argrag is mostly brown and grey due to the sheer number of cities. The night surface is lit up by the many lights of the city, causing significant light pollution and as such appears yellow, and glows.
There are virtually no factories and the entire planet is essentially a single massive gagarag sanctuary, automated by the caretakers who constantly look after the organics of this world. There were mining operations for a long time on this planet, but almost all of its natural resources have been exhausted so the KC must supply materials from other planets onto Agarag, often along with food supplies, to continue construction projects and repair any buildings that have become damaged, as well as shipping other important goods. Eventually, the last of the oceans will be filled in and the entire surface will be covered in city blocks.
