Aernalais System

A star system belonging to the antimatter Phelke faction of the Beosus galaxy.

The Aernalais system is entirely comprised of antimatter much like the rest of that galaxy. The phelke are known to possess exotic abilities which would be impossible to evolve naturally or even under advanced methods. The STP would require a precursor faction, probably the Xadia Ancients who seeded the regular phelke, to intentionally create a species capable of doing this. 

Much like in the Aurigae system, the home system of the regular phelke, the Aernalais system also has other parallels, such as having an A class main sequence star. The specific home planet also orbits a gas giant, much like Cyora and Zanrilles. A number of differences exist as well, possibly explained by the emission of matter particles from other galxies or even space dust which might slowly erode the atmosphere of some antimatter planets. For unknown reasons, this is more significant in the Aernalais system than in other star systems. However, the early antimatter phelkes' space age allowed them to utilise antimatter much more easily as it could be captured from space. This did mean that they had to protect their starships from this dangerous radiation, however. 

The gas giant that the antimatter phelkes' home planet orbits is the 4th planet from the star, and it is also not the only gas giant in the system.
