Structure
The political structure of Attractae society is a vaguely loose monarchial system, from the 'ruler' of the entirety of ɛɭⱱɛdom, on down to favored female 'Ladies'. Attractae is ruled by her Vicereine. There are no male royalty nor nobility. But while this organization is largely ignored in everyday life, when the entire nation needs to be mobilized, it does so quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly, through this centralized command structure, which no one questions those rare times it is used. ɛɭⱱɛɳȁ never start wars, but they always finish them.
Culture
Attractae culture is as incredibly sexist as the rest of ɛɭⱱɛdom. Males are assumed to have no creative volition or initiative, with the exceptions of war and rape. Male artists, architects, writers, engineers, essentially builders or creators of any kind, are extremely rare. The male ɛɭⱱɛs are not treated like slaves or chattel, but it is considered that they need to be told what to do, like children. Nevertheless, this means any minor nobility down to a young girl who has managed to acquire the title of "Lady" can command half the population.
Technological Level
Generally late renaissance technology, with a smidgen of 'steampunk.' Individual inventiveness is paramount technologically. Lyceae and chautauquas serve as research institutions in terms of overall ɛɭⱱɛɳ technological understanding and advancement. Progress is slow for several reasons:

Education and nobility go hand-in-hand in ɛɭⱱɛɳdom. Any female who has attained a level of education equivalent to a Doctorate, earns the title of Countess, and is given a county to rule. When a female is considered to have mistressed an art or craft, or to become a teacher of an established art, craft, or trade (e.g. manufacture of gifts, harvesting of nourishment, understanding of magic) is entitled with a 'viscounty', and becomes a Viscountess. Viscounties are vague, but are generally associated with a particular Consula, or small gathering of Consulas in a particular area, such as a city and its environs, or a group of towns and villages.
Countesses will generally found a Lyceum in their name and School of Philosophy or Science. Viscountesses will organize Chautauquas, either as circuits in rural areas, or as large tents in more urban settings. Apprentice teachers will work directly for the local Visountess. Daughter Chautauquas are often formed by an interested group of Ladies if they see a need.

The ɛɭⱱɛs themselves decide on norms of behavior. Laws, rules, regulations are officially dictated by royalty: the Stellarcha, the Empress, the Regina, the Vicereine, her High Progenetress and her Progenetresses, the High Priestess and her Priestesses. Each dictates over their official sphere of influence; The Regina dictates to all ɛɭⱱɛs, the Vicereine to her nation, a Progenetress on cultural issues (e.g. the treatment of male ɛɭⱱɛs), the High Priestess on all matters of spirituality, the Priestesses on their respective creeds. The High Scribness then codifies the dictate, and the Scribnesses record it.
In practice, the ɛɭⱱɛs "suggest" a behavior limit or compulsion, it will be approved if at all reasonable or emotionally satisfying, and the monarchy will dictate that the "suggestion" be so. So in practice, it is a republic by initiative, without referendum.

Judicial Body
The Consula, who is the Supreme Magistress, who is appointed by any higher-ranking noble or royal. She is the supreme judge of law, based on what's been codified by the High Scribness. There is usually at least one Consula for each Viscounty, which would encompass a city, or a group of towns or villages (somewhat like a travelling Judge in the American 'Wild West').
Executive Body
In as much as any royalty or noble can dictate absolutely to any lesser-ranking ɛɭⱱɛ, if there is not immediate coöperation by the 'offending' individual(s) at the moment of the higher-ranking ɛɭⱱɛ's dictate, any other lesser-ranking ɛɭⱱɛs will immediately act in the assistance of the dictator and force behavior change on, humiliate, or restrain the 'offending' ɛɭⱱɛ(s). Thus anarchy can instantly pivot to absolute unity of the body politic in honor of a noble or royal ɛɭⱱɛ.
