Week 1

Tasks:

  • 2.Download the pledge document and fill it out with your goal for Summer Camp!
  • 3.If you found any outdated articles in your world, update the most important ones now! Do the same with your worldbuilding meta
Answers:
  • 1.Nowadays most of the civilized lands of the continents are able to sustain food security at times of peace, in older days in lands that had harsher climates, many folks of lower standings were starving to death, so nobles, in order to keep their rule had to find solutions to provide sustenance to avoid famine.

  • 3.Minor update Falazure; Greater update Sacred Hourglass, Hot stone cooking.

Week 2

Tasks:
  • 1. Look at the cultures and areas you’ll focus on for Summer Camp, and think about how their past shaped them.
  • 2. Go to your world’s homepage and imagine you’re a new reader discovering the setting for the first time. What should you change to make the experience more engaging?
  • 3. Find your earliest worldbuilding project. What mistakes did you make that you want to avoid? What good ideas from those early days can you integrate into your current project? Remember to take a moment to be proud of how far you've come!
Answers:
  • 1.My main goal this July is to draw more A'shiraf'sirizeen lines, and color them with copious details- their past of un-ending battles and struggle between noble families that lead them to meritocracy and unbalance, and now, more stable times. - their uneasiness with stabilized central leadership and cynical approach for the new Cluster Queen.
  • 2.Some more explanation to what the world vibe is about before delving to its rich history and lore heavy background.
  • 3.My first ever article is the The Astral Monastry, which took many years to become ideas that bloomed into the Aeonic Monastery that was written by one of the other world creators - The thing I learned not to do, is well, not to use the first generated work the prompt creates as the bluntness and the lack of refinement may cause the reader to leave the article before actually reading it "Juding a book by its hideous cover"- What I learned from this is that sometimes ideas are better shared then kept, and that teamwork does make the worldbuilding be much easier and inspiring for all.

Week 3

Tasks:
  • What transformations and adaptations have the people in your world gone through? What changes are going on right now… and who is trying to stop them?
  • Choose a new genre, style, or author, and take a look at their art! Write what you learned from them and what inspired you.
  • Read a couple of articles from the community, give them a like (and why not a sticker!), and write about what inspired you.
Answers:
  • 1. The major transformation that happened in Theras as I see it is the research and understanding of the magic and other extra natural phenomena , if by Elementologism, or Arcanospectometry for example. Theras greatest change now days is the Kadian Invasion of Rakion and the Andorian Inquisition fight against hemocraft and arcane arts, the ones trying to stop the attack on the status quo are the The Kariondorian Vigil, and some adventuring groups such as the Tidebreakers.
  • 2. When colors structure, life becomes art, and when texts are structure, art gains life. When it comes to
    Imaginarium

    Lore, challenges & more

, this idea couldn't be more fitting as the way this writer shapes the structures of articles to not only help the reader to feel the world the text creates but also understand it much better. Seeing the way the articles are shaped, makes me believe that there is so much for me to learn visually, and that excites me.
  • 3.
    The Owlworks
Inspired me to build upon history and earlier thoughts, weave ideas as long ropes and weave them together, and even if it takes time, even loose strings would be woven in.
    Here be Dragons
    Generic article | Oct 23, 2020
Is maybe one Zimos' works I like the best, as the attention to the details, as this article purpose is to address that some stuff could and should be left aside from the public, and the process of inclusion and exclusion of information from preying eyes.
