Fenskire Rhaanil

Lady Fenskire Rhaanil, also known as Fenskire the Judicious, is the head of House Rhanil. Under her leadership, house Rhanil was the first of the houses of Octoland to join the SFLK in its conquest of Nova Terra, and changed its name to represent its new faith.
