Rhaan is the god of justice, valor, and time in the Andorian Pantheon. Also known as The Father, he is the head figure of the Andorian Church; according to both the dogma of The Four and the Dogma of the Five, together with his counterpart Nymm, he is the creator of the Prime Material Plane.
