At the still heart of the City of Judgment rises the Crystal Spire, a towering monolith of translucent stone that gleams with internal light, an ethereal contrast to the pallid grayness of Oinos. Composed of flawless crystal that seems to shimmer with memories and truth, the spire serves as a seat of divine observation, its surface etched with scenes of lives long passed.   The Crystal Spire is the shared domain of Oaris, the arbiter of cosmic law, and once Vandi, the quiet scribe of souls. It is here that records are kept, judgments weighed, and destinies archived, inscribed into luminous slabs of crystal that pulse with still, silent knowledge. Every soul that passes through the City leaves a trace, an echo, a name, a consequence, now stored within the Spire’s crystalline vaults.   Yet for all its grandeur, the Spire is not the seat of true power. The City of Judgment, the surrounding necropolis, and the very air of Oinos itself bows to The Raven Queen, who watches from shadowed balconies and whispers through her flock of ravens. It is she who rules unchallenged in spirit, her dominion cloaked in mystery and inevitability. The Crystal Spire serves at her pleasure, its lore, its keepers, and its secrets, all part of her unfathomable design.   Some say the crystal itself remembers more than the scribes. That within its core lies not only records of the dead, but visions of endings yet to come.
