Centaurs are a type of Fey native to the Prime Material Plane that have the torso and head of a Human and the lower body of a horse.

Social Structure
Centaurs are a strong and proud race. Although they typically strive to find peace and balance with nature, they can act with violence when the need arises. Despite this desire for balance, centaurs have to eat a lot to fuel their large bodies and are known to overindulge, especially with wine and ale. A drunken centaur is much more prone to aggressive and violent behavior, much more than humanoids.
Although some are solitary, centaurs generally live in tribal hunter-gatherer societies. Those that feel a sense of wanderlust to explore the world make excellent companions, and occasionally even offer a ride to allies. However, the mere suggestion that they be used as a pack animal will be met with derision.
