Now here lies the deep blue grains of Sapphiloam, the closest thing the sharks will ever be to going home. And if you speak to some of the residents here, they might truly feel that sentiment. The blue sand shores give off the impression thats it's denizens have a calming demeanor, but thats far from the reality. These sharks hold the most animosity towards outsiders, and even though travel here is permitted. They'll always hide behind some kind of rules or regulations that'll prohibit visitation. Humans are at the top of this list and for good reason, but second are their neighbors the Orsai. Who has held a bond with this land for many years before the sharks even existed. But this changes nothing for them, and they will rush into battle if they see an Orsai anywhere in their territory.

The workers in Sapphiloam are the crafters of their nation. Even though every region has its own crafters, none do so on the scale of Sapphiloam. It's they who will build what you need below. Housing, weapons, armor, tables, cabinents. They do it all, and are sure to leave their distinct flair of a breaching shark on every item.

While the rest of the sands are content with having aquariums, Sapphiloam is the one place that'd go the extra mile. They did not bother with aquariums, no they've built entire pool systems, connected to the pockets of water in the Daggerback mountains. They have rooms built to look like water standing in place, fish bones constructed into art and glass reflecting light in ways to mimic being underwater and much more.
